elenaxmarie's Top 4 Music Apps

If you enjoy discovering new music and searching for new music releases these are the apps for you.

1. MOG
You can purchase this app for free from the iTunes store. To your disappointment its only a 7 day free trial, but why not take it for a test drive? After your initial 7 day free trial is over you can subscribe for less than $10 a month. 10 dollars a month? That sounds rather steep, but I assure you are paying for a quality music app. Here are some of the features that make this app worth every single penny.

*Unlimited downloads to your iPhone or iPod (well as many as your device can handle)
Download songs, playlists or full albums.

*Unlimited music on demand. Choose from a catalog of over 10 million songs.

*Unlmited access to the web based player from any computer.

This is a pretty dandy music app which allows you to post that song that you have had on repeat for the past hour directly to Facebook, Twitter, or Foursquare. If the song is playing on your device this app will automatically detect it and tag the song. This app also does a superb job of music ID and keeps you entertained with a nice light show while its doing it thing.

When you first glance at the icon of this app you might think to yourself MTV? Great, it must be all the top 40 songs, but I think buyers of this app are pleasantly surprised at the great content and how often it is updated. Music Meter also streams snippets of the songs, allows you to buy the artists music, has tweet reviews of the artist, updated news, and also a bio.

This app pretty much has music charts from all over the world. Not like what your hearing in your country? Why not see whats on top in the UK or perhaps Australia. With 23 music charts to explore (23 different countries) the possibilities are endless.
